So I am 11 pounds less then when I started 3 weeks ago!
What changes! I'm going to the gym everyday for the next 10 weeks - I'm fitting into my pants, and starting to look in storage for my next size down (those 16ws).
I'm gaining stamina day bay day...
And I hope to be out of the 220s and into the teens by next Monday!
I'm starting to feel a little stagnant with my meals - so I'm looking in cookbooks and on spark for a few new things for the rotation.
I think that stuffed peppers are calling my name again!!
