5% Winter into Spring challenge eating plan

Ok, I exercise at Curves, and have been since last April. This past week I received my 100 Workout Tee shirt. Every one clapped for me, and it was very encouraging.
But for the next six months I am going to be doing Curves Complete, which includes a diet plan, a menu, a shopping list, a weekly weigh in and meeting with a coach, a new pedometer with encouragement to weekly increase your steps. Starting with 5000 steps a day, (which on most days I have managed) adding 500 steps a day each week, up to the 10,000 a day that is recommended.
This has come just at the right time as I start this challenge, and I am determined that over the next 8 weeks, I will loose not only my 5% but more and get down to 200 so I can get my new mattress for our bed. I am ready, and encouraged.
