Okay, I don't know what is up with me, but I am constantly craving Papa John's Garlic Parm Breadsticks. I could eat them EVERY DAY and have had to order them like 2 times a week to keep my sanity. The problem is I eat the whole order in one sitting.
So, the plan is to "cleanse" and reset my appetiate. I've done it before. I'm going to be having meal replacement shakes and fruit for most of my meals for 5 days. I am going to be focusing on shinking my stomache and resetting the craving center of my brain. It sucks. I Iike hot food. Not shakes. It's going to be interesting. I hope it works.
I'm thinking about them now. Want chewy fat drenched bread......
