Well, I have made a pledge to myself...I will not self sabotage this time...I will work through the emotions that I usually push down with food. It is time. I will be at 160 by the time the Springing season ends...and as close to 154 goal weight by my birthday! I've got this.
Training for the week:
Monday: yoga or rest
Tuesday: running and st
Wednesday: incling walking and stairs
Thursday: Core, cardio and more class plus yoga class
Friday: 3 milmile run and stairs
Saturday: body pump and turbo kickboxing
Sunday: switching rest day because of disneyland with my former mil and azali
Monday: cycle (usually rest day but switched with sunday)
100+ ounce of water per day
at least 6 hours of sleep per night
