I am really looking forward to the new 5% winter into spring challenge. I would love to actually succeed this time by losing the 5% which would mean I would have to lose approximately 8.5 lbs in 8 weeks. I would be happy with 4 lbs which is what my doctor is expecting by April. I have actually lost 4 lbs since the last time I was there.
I also plan to keep up my exercise and burn at least 2500 calories per week through exercise. I try to burn at least 300 + with each workout. I am going to keep tracking all my food which includes the Good the bad and the ugly :)
So, bring on the challenge! I'm ready.
