Ok so here is the challenge for Week #3
Your challenge is to track your food. For each day you track your food, earn 10 points. If you are within your calorie range, earn five bonus points. That gives a possible 105 points for the week.
Ready for the bonus challenge? Many of us struggle with drinking water or drinking enough water. If this is you, this bonus challenge is for you. Like the 10-minute fitness challenge, it has two possible parts.
1. If you don't regularly drink enough water, the bonus challenge is to increase your water consumption each day this week. You can try to increase your water intake by what you think is reasonable, 2 oz each day, half a cup, or a cup. Your choice. For each day you increase your water intake from the day before (or get 64 oz.), earn 10 bonus points. for a total of 70 for the week.
2. If you are a water drinker, your challenge is to keep it up. Earn 10 points per day that you drink 64 oz. of water, for a total of 70 points for the week.
Ok so the water part of this challenge is cake for me. I've really been relishing in my water. If I don't get enough I feel it. So I drink 4 Liter bottles of Desani a day for a total of 135 oz per day. I've read that you need .5 oz per pound a day to promote weight loss. So that is what I have been doing. ANNNND since I am feeling a cold coming on, I'll end up drinking a little more to flush this crap right out of my system!
Tracking my food will be a good tool to keep me on track this week and really focus on my food to break thru this damn plateau I knew was coming!
I would love to have pushed thru the 60's into the 50's by the end of this week!
