Firm and Tone Video

The above link is to a short video (about 2 1/2 minutes) that Leslie Sansone did for Womans Day magazine a while back. It's for the chest, back and arms. It really does work. You can use either a stretch band or dumbbells - it shows both and I've done it with both. I did it for awhile and for some crazy reason, when I started noticing results I quit - go figure.
At any rate, I'm back doing it again. I hope you'll check it out.

    I did the same thing with the Redbook stomach exercises from about a year ago. I was starting to feel improvement (not see it though) and I stopped. Don't know why we do that! emoticon

    Great link. Thank you for sharing it with us. I have to admit that I keep neglecting strength training even though I know how important it is. Maybe these exercises help me to start slowly. emoticon
