The above link is to a short video (about 2 1/2 minutes) that Leslie Sansone did for Womans Day magazine a while back. It's for the chest, back and arms. It really does work. You can use either a stretch band or dumbbells - it shows both and I've done it with both. I did it for awhile and for some crazy reason, when I started noticing results I quit - go figure.
At any rate, I'm back doing it again. I hope you'll check it out.
