Week 3 Fitness Goals

OK, so last week, being a little more relaxed with myself, went much better. I got in 3 miles and I am happy with that. Eating wasn't so great, but I know why. Rather than go on about that, I can honestly say that I know this week will be better. I am off my antibiotic, which means I am back to exclusively nursing, which means eating right for little Carly! It sure does make it easier!
This weekend was good...I bought myself a FitBit One and a new pair of running/workout shoes. Two motivational tools to go with the exercise part. Carly is my motivation to eat right.
With this said, here are the goals for this week...
Walk - minimum of 4 miles
Steps - 3 days with over 10,000 steps, the other days I must reach at least 5,000
Food - track it all...every single bite!
Water - minimum 10 glasses a day
Weight - lose the 2 - 3 lbs I gained the previous week. (Currently 192)
Alright...definitely easily attainable goals. I'm not sure I'll be able to blog next Monday. It's going to be crazy starting Friday (or maybe even Thursday) this week. Family comes to town Friday (maybe Thursday). Em's sweet 16 is Saturday. Sunday will still be busy, I'm sure.
Monday I have court in the morning (custody mediation with Em's dad...wish me luck!!) and Carly's 1 month appointment in the afternoon. Tuesday is my first day back to school (wish me luck there too, lol!) and Wednesday I have my check-up. Can't wait to get clearance from the doctor to get back to normal high-intensity cardio workouts!
