Yay! Exercise feels good again!

After being a total slug for over 6 months, today I started my 4th week on the ACE fiteness Kickstart workout. Today I combined the cardio and strength portions. I used my elliptical - and went for 30 minutes instead of the intended 20, cos it was feeling so good! I had a vague distant memory that exercise can on occasion feel good, but hadn't really experienced that so much in the past 3 weeks of starting my working routine.

But today - I got it back. That "I want to go fast! Cos it feels so good to expend energy and MOVE!" feeling.

Yay! :)

ps - Now I know not to expect that at every workout, that there will be better days and tired days and I-don't-wanna-leave-the-couch days, but just so happy to have this option back in the mix! :)

    I know exactly what you mean! I think the hardest part about exercise is getting up and starting it, but once your finished, you realize it was all worth it. Sometimes I enjoy it a ton while working out, and sometimes I just wanna be done. I always push through though because when you finish a really good work out, you may be sore, but you still feel good!

Hope you have more days like these and less days that you don't like it as much! It always makes it a little easier to do when you really enjoy it! Best of luck!
