Tracking food and exercise is so important and it keeps me honest. I measure everything so as not to be tricked into thinking my portions are accurate. I prob would be way off if I tried to eyeball portions.
I'm down 8.2 pounds in five weeks and am happy with that. Had a healthy breakfast and lunch and am just about to have an afternoon (healthy) snack.
I was told last Monday that my face looked "thinner." I'll take it!
