My motivation this week is that me doctor's appointment is in less than two weeks. I would like to lose 4-5 more lbs before then.
I would like to prove to her the the best way to lose weight (for me at least) is NOT Atkins, but eating healthy and working some activity into my days.
Even if I am able to lose a few more pounds I am still overweight and dread what she will say when I tell her that we want a baby. I'm fully aware that being thinner would be ideal before getting pregnant, but I simply can't wait forever. It's not like she can stop us, obviously, but I don't want to be discouraged - as so much of this next step in our lives is already, quite frankly, terrifying.
I'm really working myself up about this doctor's visit, aren't I? LOL
