On holiday at the mo! We spent a week at Castlepoint and after we came back I had my toenails done, bye bye dark blue, hello purple!!!
Ah yes, I was going to write about my new fitness goal, except I still like my old fitness goal pretty much: swim for 30 minutes 3 times a week and do Pilates 1 time a week. I am adding a bit of self-competition to the swimming though and trying to reach 50 laps (don't get over-excited it's only 25 or maybe even 20 metres long) - as long as I come out of the pool huffing and puffing I'm happy.
What I discovered only yesterday is the Sparkpeople fitness maps, I thought they'd only work for the US but they don't - you just look at what you've been walking and for how long and it calculates the calories you have burnt and to my pleasant surprise I discovered that I actually walk faster than I did. WooHoo!
