healthy crumbles for pudding for those with a sweet tooth

apple and peach crumble
1 tin of peaches(plus half of the juice)
2 and half brambly apples peeled
1 tbsp honey
half cup of water if too dry

for the crumble
1 cup of oats
1 and a half cups of plain flour
1 tsp sugar for sprinkling on top
1 tbsp of margarine(slightly heaped)


method
*peel the apples and core them and put in a sauce pan with the juice from the peaches and a tbsp of honey and simmer until soft.
*once the apples are cooked add in the peaches and stir to combine well.
*place in a heat proof dish and leave to cool.
make the crumble by rubbing the butter/margarine together until a fine crumb is formed.
ass the oats and stir.
*put on top of the fruit and sprinkle with a little sugar.
*place in a pre heated oven at 160 degrees c for around 30 mins checking after 20 mins.
*enjoy on its own or with cream or custard.
