I realized I haven't been posting a blog because all I wanted to write about were my failings. I haven't done well with my diet lately and I have been slacking on my workouts. Every blog I was making promises to myself that I wasn't keeping so I no longer wanted to share.
So I'm trying to change my attitude. This week is going to be good because I'm already making good choices for food today so I think I can continue with that. I'm changing my workout at the gym so hopefully I will see better results soon (already lost 2 of the pounds of the 4 that I gained back since the holidays). I also bought some precut veggies at the store for me to snack on instead of the usual chips and dip my family keeps around at all times.
I know I can make these better choices knowing that I have support from family, friends and my Spark friends. There are a lot of people on this site that have the same struggles I do and its encouraging to know that I'm not alone.
