Came across a new diet book on a talk show this am. They tell you exactly what to eat though you can make substitutions. There's more variety in it than I'm used to but the thought that I won't have to think (but once a week when making the shopping list) about what to eat constantly, is very appealing to me. It's a very healthy diet regarding food choices and it includes exercise (which is going to be a real stretch...no pun intended, for me) I'm going to spend this Tuesday through Monday reading the book and making a shopping list and start the following Tuesday (Tuesday is my weigh in day). Every week is different (though I don't know in what way yet) which keeps your metabolism guessing I think. It's worth a shot...I will still use SparkPeople and track the food/drink I'm taking in.
