Black tea

Dinner:
Water
Sweet potato (155), 1 T olive oil (120), salt rosemary = 275
Orzo ratatouille = 100
1 cup orange juice (110)
= 485

After dinner:
White wine (100)
Hot toddy with rye (215)
= 315

Late snack:
2 rye crackers (60), 1 T organic pb (100), 2 T sunflower seeds (100), honey (15)= 275

Calories: 1800
Exercise: inside all day....
