Today I pick up a tailor made set of swimming earplugs from the audiologist. This is a reward for embedding water exercise into my exercise regime. I love water exercise but have been troubled by ear infections in the past, so these should keep the water out.

My extra set of togs has arrived, I ordered them from Ezibuy which is a cheap mail order supplier in NZ. Now I have two one pieces and a tankini set that will see me in good stead. One set for every swimming day, no need to get into clammy swimmers (ugh) ever again. And a set of swimming gear can live in the car so I will be ever ready to swim whenever I see a pool!

I love aquaerobics, and I am loving the extended opening hours of our new warm pool. I can easily fit three 2 hour sessions a week into my schedule with no problems, whereas before the extended hours I could only do three hours total.
I am about ready for a new programme and even starting to think about proper swimming, even venturing into the cool pool... But not quite yet, I don't want to disturb my new found equilibrium.

    Happy new earplugs to you.
I don't swim for that reason, I have a tendency to get massive ear infections.
