Round 3 - Pesto Pasta with Chicken Sausage

First things, first - Here's the link:
This was my first time cooking with pesto. I must say that after I bought it, I was shocked by the amount of calories. I learned though, that with pesto a little bit goes a long way.
I found that I did need to make a couple of minor changes to save calories!
- I omitted the olive oil. Instead I cooked the sausage using cooking spray.
- Instead of 4 servings, I did 5. That was enough.
- I skipped the parmesan cheese. (It was still tasty).
Also, I couldn't find ORECCHIETTE, so I used bowties. They were perfect for grabbing a hold of that yummy pesto. I used Johnsonville Chicken Sausage with Chipotle Monterey Jack Cheese because I happened to have it on hand.
Even with the changes...this was very yummy and super easy. I will definitely make it again!
