Yesterday wasn't a full day, but since I set goals and did start a bit last night, I decided to call it day one.
1. Eat healthier...not sure I did that exactly. Mark made hamburger helper, but that's ok, because...
2. eat veggies with every meal...I steamed green beans to go with the hamburger helper!
3. Exercise every day...not so much, but again, it was late in the day when I set my new goals.
Day 2 will be better... :)
