My weigh in yesterday was another good one. I really thought that after not getting to the gym like I needed to all week was going to put me behind. So when I got on the scale and dropped another 1.4lbs I was VERY happy. This week I am going to the gym everyday as my daughter has cheer every night this week. So I will be "killing time" by working out! It will be great to see what my drop is like next week with eatting right and getting to the gym. I would love to drop 3+ this week just to prove to myself that putting in the time pays off.
I have given up sweets for Lent. That was a BIG one for me to decide on. No cookies, cakes or candy until Easter...and I know that I can do it! I figured that a clean sweep of all that junk from my system will be a BIG bonus for me and hopefully it will help cure my overly active sweet tooth I have at times. So far I haven't had any problem staying aways from it all and that makes me very proud of myself!
