I am losing inches and now some weight. I'm doing the line dances at least 5 days a week. I also have a DVD for zumba basics which I may try. It shows the moves then you spend time on them. My thoughts are to do one move at a time and learn it well then I can do the 20 minute workout with all of the moves involved.

    Thank you for you support. I do look forward to losing the inches more then the weight. The weight part will come later I'm sure. It will take time learning, but it also will be worth it. When younger I danced often, now that I'm older and have been out of the loop so to speak I'm trying to get back into it. I really love line dancing and found it easy to learn. Now I hope zumba is too.

    I'd rather lose the inches then the weight - so many factors with weight and it can discourage you so quickly. Congratulations on your progress - enjoy learning zumba.
