Oh, my gosh. After a week of not getting on the bike in an effort to give my poor bruised knee a chance to recuperate, I started back again yesterday. Both days, I was totally griping the whole entire time that I was pedaling. I still did it, though. I did not want to, but I did it anyway. What kind of mom would I be otherwise? I keep telling Kegan that sometimes we have to do things we don't want to do because it has to get done. He just refuses to do his school work some days, and it is infuriating. If had the same attitude towards exercise, how can I expect to make any progress if I don't do what I know should get done?So, that being said, even if I'm pouting the whole time, it is better if I just do it and get it out of the way.
I also did two reps of 15 for my biceps and two reps of 10 for my triceps on the total gym today.
