Monday Monday A new day...a new week of progress

Just getting ready to do my Bally Dancing routine. I am not comfortable doing it on Saturday and Sunday when my hubby is home...would be far too entertaining for him to see me, his 6'3 - 230 lb. delicate flower bouncing around in the living room, making the whole dwelling shake. LaughOutLoud

    I will go to the gym and exercise in classses but will not do a video in front of my husband - lol - just makes me feel silly - oh well. Besides if you are doing it the other days of the week, do something different on the weekend with him. Go for a walk or hike or something you both enjoy
