Well.. I am going to say it... this is insane. Seriously. Just did the Fit Test and the first video, Max Interval Circuit, and I can safely say it is like Day 1 all over again... but worse. I barely made it through. I had to stop a lot, but you know what I can do it! I am going to be so sore tomorrow though, holy cow. So without further ado here are my Fit Test 3 results.
