today was the first walk (besides walking to pick up the kids from school) of 2013 for me
it was soooo awesome and i felt sooo good afterwards even if it was in the teens with a single digit windchill. i just could NOT sit in the house any longer. so i got about a half hour of vitamin d and it has made my mood AWESOME
so far today i have prepped all the snacks for my snack box (bagged up single servings of things) so i am all ready to go for the week if not longer. i love doing this since there is no guessing about what a serving is especially since i got my biggest loser food scale.
i think that i really see things now more than ever and know how to get my veggies and fruits in without sacrificing the things that i love. i still need to work on veggies but i am getting at least one in a day with at least 2 servings of fruit. replacing fruit for sweets has not been bad at all
