Monday: Rest day (done)
Tuesday: 3 mile run (done with new route by my office)
Wednesday: 7 mile run (done...on the treadmill...ugh)
Thursday: 4 mile run (done)
Friday: Rest (Woo Hoo!)
Saturday/ Sunday: 15 mile run one day/ 60 minutes cross training one day (done and done)
