So I lost track on days... Fine with me because I just want to be healthy.
I had a great weekend life wise... Health wise was terrible. I am over it...
I am dedicated again this week and finally figured out how to overcome my Saturday melt downs. I have a plan for Saturdays and I have a plan to stop induldging while they drink.
Work is SUPER stressful today... I dont want to eat though. I have overcome the stress eating. Still no soda... Over a month and a half no soda!
Get up and do something that you will be proud of later. I am~
