I lost 1 lbs last week! Totalling 6 lbs all together since i started :D Last week I feel, was a much easier adjustment, with little to no slips in diet and exercise. I feel like it will just get easier from here. I know my little 1 lbs weight loss isn't much but it's something to me! At least the weight is coming off and not packing on. That is very important!
Like i said week 2 was much easier than week one as far as adjustments go, and I think i finally get the concept of portion control more than anything haha. But i also understand what foods i have to stay away from, because i just cant control myself around them, so it's best to just not go down that road haha. And I have a good enough support group to help me along too, something i've never really had before, so it's just nice to have anyway.
It's a little stepping stone in the right direction and i'm thrilled :) I'll just keep on keep on one step at a time until i get to where i'm going :D
Also, it really encourages me to know i'm getting it right and gives me confidence to make the right decisions.
