Starting Week 4

I have been eating a healthy lifestyle for 3 full weeks. (I don't think I have only eaten healthy food for this long in my life.) Even when I was on Weight Watchers I would eat low calorie food, but not really healthy.
How has it gone? Well actually incredibly well. The food isn't an issue. I have had no cravings. (I find this odd, and am just waiting for it to kick in ~ hopefully it won't)
I am not on this to lose weight, I am doing it because of a health concern that needs me not to eat gluten and grain. YES I do need to lose weight. But after much research I've found that my Hashimoto's disease is one of the reasons I don't lose weight. If I can get that under control the weight will come off. And as I have done this new eating lifestyle, I have already lost 8.6 pounds.
I need to add much more exercise. I have been walking a little, but I would like to add more than that.
Right now I'm learning all I can about my condition, and everything I can do to make my self healthy.
