My week was so-so. I ended up a pound. I don't really think that is a true pound gained because I feel like I ate too much sodium this week and I didn't drink enough water this weekend. My workout mojo has been non- existent but i have made it to every workout I have planned. Last week is behind me and I am not giving up so I am moving forward. We are leaving next Sunday for a 4 night ski trip- mostly me and the kids with my sister and her kids but my husband is coming up for one day with us. So I am going to have my official weigh in on Sunday morning rather than next Monday. So I feel like this is going to be a terrific week for me!
Plan- follow weight watchers points- track every day!!! So important!
monday - strength and zumba
Thursday- zumba (or Saturday)
Friday- strength and zumba
