Yoga Stretch

Power Jumps 10, 12, 14
Belt Kicks 20, 20. 20
Hit the Floor 10, 12, 14
V Push ups 10, 12, 12
in 3rd Round Add:
Tricep Dips 20
One Legged Tricep Dips 10 x2
Forward Tricep Dips 5 ~ very hard

Water Break

Hurdle Jumps
Globe Jumps 4, 4, 4
Moving Push ups
Floor Sprints (aka Mtn Climbers)
After 3rd Round, small water break then add:
8 Hop Squats, 8 Push ups
