So, I failed my goal last week an had to do my own hair :(!! But Im setting my new one today. Only water AND no fast food! My reward is getting my ears pierced!! Im super nervous to do it..but I really really want to! So, lets see how this goes. Please pray for me for strength..I so want to lose about 50 lbs this yr... my motivation is there, and my desire, its just my organization or management..the exercise time has been gone for about 3 weeks. So, Im up and at it today!! Im not sure if the gym is possible today, but cleaning is heavy today from the past week being put on the back burner..all this cleaning has to amount for something :)

    I like that you are setting small rewards for yourself! Thats a great idea that I should try. Maybe it will help me eat better :-P

    It is ok when you fall but you MUST get back up. You're up so keep moving and reaching for your can do have to crawl before you could walk. does do burn calories while cleaning.
