Curious Update #2

Ok so I had a week of eating horrible. Never really went over 2500 calories. Just a lot of junk. Junk I have found bloats me beyon belief so I didn't weigh or do measurements until today. NOt a big deal.
My experiment seems to be working. Athought I gained a little weight, I think I may still be retaining water, I lost inches. Like lots of inches.

My measurements when I started my journey were:

1/26/2013

Weight: 226 Pounds
Waist: 42 Inches
Hips 49.5 Inches
Bust 44 Inches

right 13 Inches
left 23 Inches
thighs
right 25 Inches
Left 25.5 Inches

My measurements when I started my little experiment:
2/10/2013

Weight: 224
Waist: 40 Inches
Bust: 44 Inches
Hips: 47.5 Inches
Arms:
Right: 13 Inches
left: 13 Inches
Thighs:
Right: 23.5 Inches
Left: 23.75 Inches

My measurements today:
2/18/2013
Weight 225.3 Pounds
Waist: 39.5 Inches
Hips: 46.5
Bust 43.5

right 12.75
left 12.5
thighs
right 23.5
left 23

As you can see when I was eating roughly 1500 Calories a day and working out my body was still holding onto the fat. I wasn't losing anywhere except my hips and waist. This week however, I upped my calories and actually worked out less and I was able to lose a total of 3.75 inches around my body. I haven't been able to lose inches in my chest for years. My arms have always been 13 inches around the bicep. And thighs 23 inch thighs have been the norm. I am really starting to dig this new plan I started.
