A little progress day by day...

Current weight: 151.2 lbs
I got up at 5:00am for my 5:30 am workout. Did the recumbent bike for 10 minutes, stretching for 10 minutes, and upper body weight training for 30 minutes. I made the morning workout shorter than usual as I wanted to budget enough time to go to the 7:30 pm zumba class that will be held at the gym later today.
For my breakfast I had steamed green beans, 1/2 pound of calf liver with Greek yogurt sauce, baked yam with teaspoon of olive oil, and 1 multi-green kombucha (70 calories, 4 grams of sugar), and 1 pint of strawberries. I find that my body does better with a big breakfast, moderate lunch, and a light dinner, and for all meals to be consumed no later than 6 pm.
Goals for today
1. Take Buddy to vet
2. Walk dogs for 30 minutes
3. clean house/laundry
4. job interview prep
5. research project - 4 hrs minimum at library (to avoid home distractions)
6. drink at least 64 ounces of water
7. zumba class at 7:30 pm
8: allergy shot at doctor's today?
9. meditate on yoga mat for 15 minutes
10. go to bed no later than 10:30 pm
