I gained a pound, must be Valentine's Day chocolate from my students! They really showed me the love with all of the chocolate they gave me. So, I've upped the amount of time I spend on the treadmill. It's worth it to enjoy the chocolate!

I also did my measurements. No changes there. The good news is that when I'm at my heaviest I have a 'lumpy' butt, think cottage cheese My butt is now firmer & doesn't have that cottage cheese look to it! To me, that's progress,
