Warm up = 5 min

Leg Presses on Step using one 10 lb weight = 16 reps each leg
2nd Round of Leg Presses = 12 reps each leg
Variety Squats using 35 lb barbell ~ next time increase weight to 40 lb
Variety Deadlift using 35 lb barbell ~ almost too heavy but it worked
Back ~ one arm row using one 15 lb dumbbell = 21 reps each arm
Dead Row combined with Clean & Press using 30 lb barbell
Variety Biceps using 15 lb barbell ~ super tough!!
Leg Presses = 12 reps each leg x2
Variety Lunges using 25 lb barbell
Variety Chest using two 8 lb dumbbells ~ perfect weight
Chest Squeeze using 8 lb weighted ball
Push ups = 3 sets of 4
Tricep Dips = 16
Kick Backs using set of 5 lb dumbbells = 30
Overhead Press using one 10 lb dumbbell
