Out of Town

I was out of town all day yesterday. So fast food was a necessity, but I also made sure I ate an orange, a can of kippers (fish), and drank water at the archery range all day. I'm trying to boost my potassium, so I read a Spark article on the foods highest in potassium. In short, the best ones are dried fruits and nuts, green leafy veggies, mushrooms, bran, wheat germ, yams, bananas, and oranges.
Good ones are meat, fish, poultry, legumes and many other fruits and veggies. Luckily I like all those things.

    Even when I add my vitamin to my tracker I am still low in potassium, magnesium and calcium. My page doesn't track niacin.

    Don't overlook a daily vitamin... I never make my niacin levels without it.
