I guess it was bound to happen. I did not track everything that I ate. I added more condiments. I did not do anything extra for fitness. Anyhow, this week I gained 3.2 pounds. I'm not kicking myself. I still have lost 22.6 pounds in 14 weeks. I'll just be sticking closer to my regular regimen and get back to tracking everything. My goal is still achievable. This is just a hiccup.
