Giving

Monday, February 18, 2013

I have a giving spirit. I enjoy giving the gift of kindness to others. I love the act of giving. I love the happiness an act of kindness gives the recipient. I love to see others happy. If I can contribute to that happiness in any small way, I will. An act of kindness costs nothing, but to the recipient may mean so much. I know how I feel when I am on the receiving end of an act of kindness. It feels like all is well with the world, it renews my faith in mankind. Kindness is a gift we all can give, and I think it makes the world a better place!

It is almost like giving a gift to yourself when you are kind to someone else because it makes you feel so good too.
I would wish that even more people would find out how great it is to give.
Thanks for this upbeat positive blog. emoticon

Can you imagine how wonderful the world would be if there were more kind, giving people like you? emoticon

I'm someone who really needs acts of kindness and, unfortunately, I don't often give them. When I've found a way I can help someone, I've done my best to do so. It does feel great when you can do something simple yet helpful for someone. It also feels incredible to anonymously do something for someone. They never know who to thank, but with hope they'll pass on the kindness to someone else when they're able.
