-Drink at least 8 glasses of water
-Body Combat + Core work
-Log all food on tracker and stay within calorie range
-Eat something small every 2-3 hours so I am not famished.
Yesterday wasn't successful. I'll call it my "cheat day." It involved donut holes, a Drumstick and cheetos. I wasn't very active, and that made me feel less energized. Note taken. I got in all my water, but didn't track it. Boo! I'm seizing today and I know it will be better than yesterday. Last week as a whole was much better than the week before. It's getting a bit easier to stay consistent, although I still need to focus on that.
