I Just Don't Care Anymore!

Monday, February 18, 2013

Hi Everyone,
I've had it! I just don't care anymore! I'm just tired of playing the Weighin Game every week! Haha this morning now get this my Tanita Bodyfat Scale says I'm 292.2 Wow thats a 10 lb loss from last week! Whoo hoo happy time! But I still went to my Nintendo Wii Scale & that one reads 304.7! Ugh I gained but didn't cheat at all really? So sad! So I took that Weighin & decided to use that one!
Now here's my Measurements
Feb 18th 2013
Right Arm 16" No Change
Right Leg 26" Down 1"
Middle S 46" Down 1"
Waist 49" Down 1"
Hips 53" Down 1"
Neck 15" No Change

So as you can see I lost 1 inch everywhere except My Arm & Neck!
Anyways I'm through with this all!
For now on these are my new Measurements!
I'm Working Out every day every week!
I'm eating Healthy Meals Everyday!
I continue to Drink 64 oz Water a day!
I have not touched Lays Potato Chips or Friendlys Ice Cream in 49 days & still going strong!
Yes indeed now these measurements are truely my real accomplishments & this is how its going to be from this point forward! I mean I will still do my Measurements & Weighin but they will be private until the Monthly Weighin!
So I am doing well & I am staying focused & committed!
So it is a Victory for me this Week!
Alright everyone have a great day & keep on Sparking I know I will!

Wow.. keep up the great work. You have a real accomplishment here!
I am glad you see improvements and understand the scale is not the only source for success. emoticon

You have to go with the NSVs. The scale is no one's friend because it can't speak to you. I don't think the Wii Balance Board goes along with any scale. I gave up on that one and bought a Fitbit Aria scale. My balance board is always lower lol.

I think your measurements are a more accurate representation of your success anyway! PLUS...it is about HOW you feel and you are feeling great with the changes you have made, so keep being positive and working hard, you got this! :)

If you are following a good balanced diet, proteins, carbs, and fat the weight will be the last thing you'll notice, Are you measuring body fat also? that's a good place to start.. If you are going to workout everyday make sure it is something you can stick to. Too many times i have had clients who set very high goals but get frustrated if "life" comes and get in the way, which it always does...
If you are just cutting calories then your body will go into a plateau eventually and the weight loss will stop.. Hang in there :)
