It was so cold and windy yesterday I did not even bother to walk the pups. I knew it would be miserable for us. Today I was determined to get us out there. We lasted a mile. When we came back I treated them to biscuits with a little smear of pb. Their fav:)
Today's SWEAT work out was awesome as usual:

Rumor has it next month is a strength phase....20/35/20 20 seconds of work is almost nothing...FORM+HEAVY WEIGHTS!!!! I am thinking 5-10 solid reps of the heaviest I can stand or lift:)
I also stay with my workout buddy since I do not have school today and did 71 flights of stairs and 2000 meters of rowing. I have never done the stair machine before. It wasn't bad..had to pay attention so as not to wipe out, and I love the rower so I really plowed through some meters:)
Hoping to get the pups out again....maybe our shorter route since it won't be as windy.
