My back is gettting stronger!

Discovered this morning that my back is getting stronger... I can do a few partial pull-ups without my P90x chin-up max! emoticon

EDIT: Had a doctor's appointment this morning and went to Golden Corral (buffet restaurant) for lunch afterwards and did exactly what I said I was going to do, and ate a salad off the salad bar as one of my courses... put a bunch of stuff on it, like cranberries and these little nuts... not sure what they were, they may have been soybeans or soy nuts... but between that and the other course I ate I was pretty satisfied.
