It's Family Day here and the only plans we have are for dinner with my mom and dad. We can't afford much else, so I thought I'd start my day early with some rearranging of some furniture and some serious cleaning - to make my home just that much nicer for my family.
My first half hour produced fantastic results and just to give my daily Spark Points an early jump start, I "tracked" it as cardio activity. I was super surprised to see that what I've done already counts at about a 200 Calorie burn! If getting my home nice and shiny isn't enough motivation to keep going, the serious Calorie burn might be! I'm off to see what else I can do today! Ask not what your home and body can do for you, but what you can do for your home and body! LOL Thanks, JFK! ;) At least I *think* that's what he said! ;-D
