It's not even 3 pm and I have finished everything I had planed for today. I sent my assignment to my mentor so I guess I have a day off.
I was kind of disappointed when I had my weight in today. My re-start weight is 66,2 kg. That's a bit more than I was hoping for. And I'm moving my weight in day to saturday morning. So my first week back will be just 5 days long. I guess I better make every day count. I wanted to make it friday but I remembered that fridays are not a problem, the weekends are. So saturday morning it is. That gives me a little "cheat-zone" on the weekends.
I will try to post my workout plans for the week on the day I weight in. So this is it:
Monday: TF Tone 30 (+ probably TF Abs 10)
Tuesday: step aerobics class
Wednesday: step aerobics class
Thursday: step aerobics class
Friday: TF Sculpt 30 + TF HIIT 20
As I said, it's a short week. I'll do my workout as soon as I finish this. I'll try doing both Tone 30 and Abs 10, but if it feels too much I'll stop. Keep in mind I was sick for 2 weeks and last weeks workouts made me terribly sore. I'll try a short interval training on friday so that I can feel sore and sorry for myself during the weekend.
A friend invited me to her birthday dinner tonight. And I kind of don't feel like going at all but I don't have an excuse and don't want to disappoint her. My biyfriend is working so I'll probably have to go alone... I don't know if you feel the same way but right now I don't like parties or any kind of social gatherings with food... I have to pay atention to everything I eat. So either everyone starts asking why I don't eat tons and tons of food or I slip and have 17 slices of cake and a galon of beer.
I really should have said no to this party... Well I think it's too late now to change anything.
Anyway, have to go do my workout. I hope I'll be able to walk after this one.
