Activity for last week, was 23700 steps taken. Miles traveled 12.17. Total burned cals were 16084. Total eaten were 5681. Fitbit says I have minus 10403 cals. The scale doesn't reflect much change, in fact I think I have gained weight and am trying to figure out why. Ever since I reached 193 lbs in Dec, my weight has creeped back up to 205, then down to 197.6. Nothing changed in my nutrition and have tried to step up workouts to include weight training and situps.
I am starting to wonder if my diabetes is not processing sugar properly and its preventing weight loss. Im type 2 and readings are in the good range.
Also thinking it might be fat turning into muscle, hope that is the case.
