Day 1 of my Skinny Rule prep! Started off my day with water, a treadmill and ab workout, steel cut oats, strawberries and my coffee, of course.
The work day should prove interesting. Today is Performance Appraisal day, given by the boss who wasn't our boss last year. Our boss left in June, so we really didn't have a "boss" for the latter six months. I can only imagine what the PA is going to look like. We haven't had raises in 5 years, so does it really matter anymore. You do your best to get through these days; trying to keep my spirits up while I search elsewhere
After that, physical therapy for 1+ hours, then rush to Monday School with my church group. Will try to run by grocery store after that and grab my greek yogurt, more eggs, other supplies!
That's my day - up at 4:45, back home by 9:00 p.m. if I am lucky!!!
