Yesterday when I decided to write out my plan for the rest of the month I didn't have a food plan in place yet. After finishing the blog and talking to Chris, we got at least this week figured out, which ultimately lets me plan for my last couple of days in MA next week before I head to VT again. (Chris will be on his own figuring out food, I'll be making lots of big pot things he can have for leftovers, lol)
Things on my meal plan:
Breakfast, as I mentioned yesterday, is always one of my faithfuls
Lunch: yogurt with fruit, homemade chex mix, carrots, and leftovers
Dinner: sausage pasta, baked ravioli, chicken salsa(or parm, may not have salsa), tex mex soup, turkey dogs, lasagna
All of my recipes are either from Spark or I've put into SparkRecipes to make sure they are healthy enough :) I use ground turkey for lasagna and a lighter version for chicken parm.
