Now that I am recovering from my surgery I have decided that hubby and I will make one healthy change a week. Yesterday while coming home on a trip to NC, where we plan to retire. I convinced hubby that going vegetarian 75%of the the time was a good idea. when we stopped to eat at Subway we chose heart friendly sandwiches.
for breakfast we had vegetarian "sausage" biscuits. Since I still am in a splint for my hand I will not be cooking until after 3/5 but we will be working on getting more fruits and veggies into our diet
I think if we work on incorperating a new healthy habit per week it will work out very well
