Monday, Monday!

Monday, February 18, 2013

Would love to hide out at home this week but must go. I have no fever (temp 97.0 this morning) and that is the criteria my doctor used to send me back to work. I noticed the inhaler I got as a "rescue inhaler" doesn't squirt out much of a mist and plan to bring it to the pharmacy to have them look at it to see if it is defective. Have to wait until after work to do this. I will bring my other inhaler with me to work today just in case the new one doesn't work. I sprayed it in the air a couple of times and couldn't see a proper mist. Other than that, I do believe the prednisone taper is helping somewhat.

Not much else on my mind today except returning to work. I think the Zolpidem (Ambien) is working but have had a few strange dreams lately. I doubt that I am sleep walking cause taking off and putting back on my CPAP mask requres some dexterity I don't think is possible while asleep. My primary doctor wanted to be sure I was taking only 5 mg due to the new guidelines as doctor who presribed it said I could use 5 to 10 mg per night (which I have done only a couple of times and it seems to work better at 5 mg).

Gotta go get a cuppa joe and get my last load of clean clothes out of the dryer.

Others have said Ambien has made them have funny dreams too. Have a great day and be sure to check out that inhaler.
